What is co-living?
Co-living provides a superior way to stay, live and experience cities in comparison to traditional forms of visitor accommodation and housing types, which frequently do not offer the community, convenience and value that people now want. Through combining private studios, shared communal amenity spaces and a host of services previously reserved for high-end serviced apartments and the hotel industry, ARK is more than a roof over your head, it is a community-led members space that you can be proud to call home regardless of your length of stay.
Who lives in an ARK community?
At ARK you can expect a diverse, vibrant and welcoming community of young professionals, digital nomads and city dwellers, relocators and downsizers, business and leisure travellers, long distance commuters (think pied-a-terre), post-graduates and international students.
How long can I stay for?
At ARK you can stay for as little as one night, a few weeks or move in for up to 12 months at a time.
It's always best to book your whole stay in advance if you can, as the longer you stay with us, the cheaper it will be. You can either book via our dynamic nightly pricing system for stays of 1-89 nights or take advantage of our monthly bookings between 3-12 months, with discounted rates the longer you stay for.
You can renew as often as you wish, and we will always seek to accommodate however long suits you.
What’s included in my stay?
ARK is an all-inclusive serviced apartment building, so our rates are always inclusive of linen changes, high speed broadband, utilities, and property taxes. Members also benefit from access to all the shared amenity spaces, membership app, discounts to our network of partner services and 24/7 support & security at no extra cost.
Can a couple stay?
Of course.
If you’re staying for less than a month, then either singles or couples can book via our dynamic daily booking system at no extra cost.
Staying for longer? We have assigned a selection of studios which are roomy enough for staying or living in with your partner at an additional cost.
