At ARK you can expect a diverse, vibrant and welcoming community of young professionals, digital nomads and city dwellers, relocators and downsizers, business and leisure travellers, long distance commuters (think pied-a-terre), post-graduates and international students.

At ARK you can stay for as little as one night, a few weeks or move in for up to 12 months at a time.

It's always best to book your whole stay in advance if you can, as the longer you stay with us, the cheaper it will be. You can either book via our dynamic nightly pricing system for stays of 1-89 nights or take advantage of our monthly bookings between 3-12 months, with discounted rates the longer you stay for.

You can renew as often as you wish, and we will always seek to accommodate however long suits you.

ARK is an all-inclusive serviced apartment building, so our rates are always inclusive of linen changes, high speed broadband, utilities, and property taxes. Members also benefit from access to all the shared amenity spaces, membership app, discounts to our network of partner services and 24/7 support & security at no extra cost.

If you’re staying for less than a month, then either singles or couples can book via our dynamic daily booking system at no extra cost.

Staying for longer? We have assigned a selection of studios which are roomy enough for staying or living in with your partner at an additional cost.

All our studios are fully furnished, this includes a double bed with mattress, seating area and table, wardrobe, storage units, a kitchenette with combi microwave/oven, hob and fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a fully fitted ensuite bathroom.

Our lower ground floor has everything you need to move, relax and unwind, including a fully equipped gym, yoga studio, cinema and games room, two karaoke rooms, and a laundrette with three washers and dryers.

The ground floor is the heart of the community, featuring spacious lounge areas, co-working spaces, two private phone booths, an island bar with on-demand coffee and instant hot and cold Zip tap water, a communal kitchen and dining area, a fully equipped boardroom, and a serene internal garden with a retractable ceiling for sunny London days.

Level 4 members also enjoy access to a private laundrette with a washer and dryer for added convenience.

In our quiet co-working space, we have 21 desks including 2 phone booths for calls, and between the garden, boardroom and lounge area there are over 100 co-working spaces, not including the sofas and lounge areas that could also be used by members who wish to work.

Our fully equipped gym and dedicated yoga studio are just the beginning. We regularly curate complimentary wellness events designed to elevate your everyday, from high-energy boxing sessions and yoga classes led by experienced instructors to immersive sound bath experiences, and much more.

Printing is available for our members. Our hub team are on site 24/7 and are there to assist members at any time, including if they wish to print a document. This will be at a small charge to cover the cost of printing. We do not wish to make a profit from this service, but offer it solely as an additional convenience for our members.
